[Resolved] First Flight Couriers — Courier not received | |||
This complaint is regarding non receipt of a courier (Consignment No. N[protected]. This courier was posted on 6th may, 2014, from silchar to guwahati. On 10th may 2014, without notifying the receiver, the courier was sent back to silchar. More over first flight courier is not responding/ answering any phone calls. This courier was very important for me. Hence I had to lodge a complaint in consumer forum. Please help me to retrieve my courier. I have courier a very important document to guwahati on23/08/2014 which has been deleivered to consignee on 29/08/2014 aa per your record but the consignee haa yet not received the document while i clearly mentioned on envelop " to be delivered to adresee only" please get the packet track and arrange to deliver to addresee onvery urgent basis

My friend has couriered one of my important documents through First Flight courier Docket No is M991B0891670 I didn't received that courier, When i checked in online it's showing courier was delivered but i have not received also no one has received either my colleges or my company security also when i am trying to contact with costumer care numbers no one was attending their phones now i am frustrating about this if they are not given any reply by Monday I am going to complaint against them and their company.
I have understood that one of the worst courier company in India also i will share to this with many people.
@First Flight courier, Kindly replay i am giving two days time to your company.

COURIER POD NO : E[protected] STILL NOT RECEIVED SO, PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER ON PRIORTY BASIS.
My courier POD is M[protected], i have sent the courier from pune on 05/1/2015, giving the clear address along with Mobile no, but the stutus shows address insufficient, when contacted at various nos. given on web site, none has responded. they should contact atleast on the mobile no. of the person given on the envelop, but they dont bother. such a pathetic service. Very ugly way to treat customer. my mobile no. is [protected].
Courier not received and no buddy respond on that. So many phone numbers ([protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]) tried so many time but no buddy picked up the call. My consignment no. is D991Q1880805. This consignment booked at Mahipalpur on 6-Feb-2015 from Delhi to Jaipur but it's still showing 'Booking at Mahipalpur hub'. It's really very very poor service. I need this consignment on urgent basis but first flight service is not providing any help from in his side. Please request to higher authority of First flight kindly resolve this problem on urgent basis. Because this consignment have a bank cheque book.
My courier has been dispatched on 4th of feb from gurgaon bt still my courier is not reached at my place that is udhampur why this is taking so much time
My courier No B991Q7814112 Dt.[protected], Address- Biju Narayan, C-15, RH-30, Chinthamani Housing Society, Sambaji Nagar, Chinchwad, Pune- 411019., is not yet been reached. It was sent by ICICI Lombard and it is my Health Policy Original Documents.

As my courier No: D991L2743527 is not delivered yet. As per the office in Jammu told me unless they have few more courier in our they will not deliver. kindly let us know if its a valid reason, if yes then in future I would tell all my know people not use first flight.
