First Flight Couriers — courier not yet delivered but status has been updated as delivered and it's been more than 15 days and there is no customer care number.

First flight is having the worst customer service and they have updated the status as delivered and that too to the destination but the courier is not yet delivered to the respective person and i sent this courier on 3rd january, 2019 from bangalore to jharkhan (Chakradharpur). If they are not going to deliver it properly why don't they return it that also they are not doing. I want to escalate this case immediately!!!

Worst service!!!

Respected sir,
the pan was dispatched by 9th of january.
i got CN number i.e B904Z1442353,
but it shows invalid tracking number.
please help. as the pan card is important for various subject of matter.
I made this pan card online on NSDL
hope so i get any feedback of it

My PAN card is arrived at the nearest branch of first flight. But I was unable to get my PAN card from that. The phone is always engaged and no response from that side. Please provide me the details of serviceable Pincode 221008. I will personally collect from my nearest branch.
