[Resolved]  First Flight Couriers — delay in delivery of documents at manuu hyderabad

Sir,
I consigned a documents envelop to maulana azad national urdu university, gachibowli, hyderabad on 08.01.2018. When i consigned, your personal said and promised that it would be delivered within two days i. E. By 10th of january, 2018, but till today it has not been delivered to the destination in question, why? I am astonished such a service from your end.
