[Resolved]  First Flight Couriers — demand for money by your post man & very late submitting of courior

Dear Sir, This is to bring to your notice the poor services provided by your company on 21st Febuary, bearing courier bill number B991Q6342177. I regret to inform you that I was highly disappointed by the Service provided by your company this time. This PAN Card has been dispated to you by NSDL as on 21/02/2014 but till it is not received by the applicant as on date 03/03/2014. It is also noted that whenever your post man (employee) despacthed the courier to the destination, he shall demand the amount of money sometime that is Rs. 30 or 40. it is also a big matter why are your post man demand for money evertime to our client. I never had the occasion to complain about your services in the past and in view of such a good track record, this month’s service has been a big letdown. I was not expecting the kind of service you rendered. I hope you look into the matter and ensure it is not repeated.
