First Flight Couriers — Item missing from parcel

I had couriered a parcelled box from faridabad to dehradun on 9-feb-2015, the parcelled box was delieverd to dehradun on 17-feb. There were 5 items but 1 item was missing from that box. In that box, I had wrapped 2 kurtis in grey coloured jabong packet but when the whole box was delieverd to dehradun, 1 kurti was mising and another was in transparemt plastic packet Instead of that grey packet of jabong and all the items were not like the way i had placed them in the box. Plz help me in this cncern as soon as possible. No details were there on reciept except tracking number- O991B0928114
