First Flight Couriers — items not delivered | |||||
My pan card sent by nsdl via first flight couriers pvt. Ltd. Vide airway bill no. B903z3854780 which was expected to be delivered on 15-april-2018 to my address (Pin-796001) has not yet been delivered (11-may-2018). I had submitted complaint on 04-may-2018 and received a call from first flight courier aizawl branch, they ask me to collect my item from their office stating that my address was incomplete. So i requested them to recite my address as written in the package, the address is correct and complete. I again requested to deliver my item to my address as soon as possible. I have also tried to contact the first flight courier, aizawl branch office to deliver but they did not pick up my call. I now do not know what to do with it anymore but pan card is a very important document. Was this information helpful? | |||||
