My Pan card was dispatched by Income tax department on 4 Nov and Bill No: B991Q3726053, After 14 days, Arcot (Vellore district - 632512) First fight hub person called me to pay Rs 30, for deliver the courier to home, else he will sent it back to Income tax department. Please let me know this amount is mandatory for this type courier or First Flight Couriers Ltd. Need any tips/donation/wages from customer.
