First Flight Couriers Ltd. — Deliberate delay in delivery of consignment | |||||
My consignment was booked on 9th of Mar in Bhubaneswar through First Flight Courier local office and as confirmed by their Bhubaneswar office executive (Contact No[protected] the consignment had arrived in Bangalore on 11th Mar 2016 but was delivered at my address only yesterday on 16th Mar 2016. I could not believe that a private courier service provider after charging a hefty amount can delay the consignment beyond a week's time even worst than the government postal service India post whose service is much better now. First Flight Courier delivery guys seem not to care even about their own tracking system which clearly displays the lapse in timelines. Advise other customers never to try this courier as they have failed me in delivering the consignment multiple times in Bangalore and Hyderabad that too when they have regional offices in these bigger cities. The management of First Flight Couriers must refund 80% of the charges for the delay in the delivery of the consignment.
