First Flight Couriers — Miss behaviour of customer care executive at hyderabad location | |||
Hi, This is VRK Murthy, belongs to Hyderabad Standard chartered bank couriered a Demand Draft, with consignment number F[protected], but I didn't received it in time, so I made a call to customer care, they simply told that in branch office didn't lift the phone. in the next day I again made a call at 11:00 AM (9th June 2015) and the same story repeated and asked my details like name and address. then I have made a call again at 01:38 PM, still they told me the same story and asked about my details again, so I asked them as why these details were asking repeatedly, then simply she behaved like below you can do any thing, if you want to raise a compliant then you can, I don't care like that she behave So here my suggestion is that first you should train your people how to behave and how to talk with customers, you are not doing any free service to the society if you want, listen the recorded audio of my conversation at your end, but please train them Was this information helpful? | |||
