Consignment no m991q6359107 has not been delivered yet. Just calling and saying to take it from office. Is it not good for first fight courier service. When i tried to contact again they are disconnecting the phone. Above consignment is for pan card. Have you changed your policy not to deliver the product at the address and calling to collect from office? Kindly instruct your partner to deliver the product at home address.
