First Flight Couriers — NO PROPER ANSWER FOR THE STATUS OF MY CONSIGNMENT DELIVERY

My consignment PAN CARD has been dispatched through FFCL courier from Mumbai by Income Tax Pan services unit on the 21st May 2013 to be delivered to my address at Chennai The status as on 23rd is in Transit although I understand the deliver from Mumbai to Chennai takes only one day. The Customer Service when contacted was unable to provide any information and were giving the same information as was available in the Tracking system. I have also registered through E mail for trace ability I have also sent a message(SMS) to 55352 I need to know the status and why your customer service is unable to provide the correct information The following s the status as per trace ability through Internet Date Serving Location Status 21-May-2015 Mumbai Dispatch from Major Acc. HUB 21-May-2015 Mumbai Booking At Major Acc. HUB Kindly give feedback on the above without delay
