First Flight Couriers — PAN card delivered to wrong address. | |||
My family had a very bad experience with your courier service. My sister had applied for a PAN card and it was supposed to be delivered by your courier service(Consign no b991q9803386); However you delivered to a wrong address. My sister never got a call before delivery. I checked online and found that you have delivered it to wrong address. There was no contact no nor the relationship available of the person to whom the parcel was delivered. I raised a complaint # 258743 by contacting your call center. I followed up for 10 days. The only response I got every time is that " we will deliver it tomorrow". Your "tomorrow" has not arrived till now. its almost a month since I raised a complaint. You have done a mistake; mistakes do happen. I have raised a complaint and you have still not acted on it. This is irresponsible and in-sensitiveness towards your customer.
