First Flight Couriers — pan card not delivered yet.

My pan card was dispatched on 15th january 19 from mumbai with consignment number b904z1466031. I tracked it according on your website, it says the consignment has reached by 19 to destination mysore but hasn't been delivered yet. It's been 3 days. I've been trying to contact you but all the numbers provided do not exist. Resolve this issue kindly.

Its very disappointing for such service. No body is receiving call. some are always engaged? If such kind of service will continue, first flight will end one day.

Exactly. How can such a big company not have proper customer care service? I wonder why the ITD is even letting them handle such important tasks. Such disappointment.
