[Resolved] First Flight Couriers — PAN Card Poor Delivery with no efforts (Updated as wrong address) | |||||
MY NSDL via PAN Card was supposed to be submitted via First Flight courier. The PAN Card was supposed to be delivered on 10-Jan-2017. However when i tried tracking the Card status in their website (Web-site is really pathetic does not work 99% of the times). However i managed to pass it through but then the status was shown to me as wrong address. I tried all the possible Mumbai office numbers for First Flight courier. But they did not receive any of the calls. Finally some guy picked up the phone number and provided me the number for the Address Kalyan ([protected]) was provided to me. When i tried contacting this number in a span of 5 minutes i called 15 times and they did not respond. Finally, a lady attaended the phone and they wanted to get rid of me and updated me that the address might have not be fetched by the courier guy thats why it might have been updated in the website as wrong address. Now, it will be sent back to Pune again and then it will be sent via Post Now. If really it was supposed to be arriving from Post why do the Government need to pay to first flight courier just to show off?????? I really sense a lack of security here.
