Dear sir, This is to inform you that the pan card of my firm namely apg and associates was dispatched on 08/09/2017 and your website is showing it has been delivered on 23/09/2017. However we have not actually received the same. So how can it be showed as delivered. This is clear cut case of forgery. All the details regarding the courier has been mentioned below.
