First Flight Couriers — permanent account number delivery related issue

Full description of incident:
Sri sarvada nutrients private limited company was incorporated under the companies act, 2013. Pan card was issued along with the incorporation certificate. But we have not recieved the physical pan card through courier.

The delivery of the pan card was carried out by first flight couriers according to the nsdl website. When we try to track the delivery status on the first flight couriers website, it shows that the pan card was delivered. But in reality, we have not received it.

We have tried calling the customer care numbers on the courier's website but none of them are answering/working.

Desirable resolution: i would like to communicate with the courier company and find out what happened to my pan card delivery.
I would also like the pan card to be delivered to my address as soon as possible.
