First Flight Couriers — received damaged badminton racquet

Hi,
I have booked a package containing badminton racquet from nagpur on dt. 14-1-18 tracking m991m1005840 and it reached to destination on dt. 17-1-18.
But it has received on damage condition on lonavala hub.
I have packed it carefully still it received in such a pathetic condition. I paid 250/- for it and the service product i got is in such a bad condition.
Kindly look into this and make sure to do the needful in this matter.

As per the tracking status, pan card is delieverd on 2nd Jan, 19. But it is not yeat received by us. Kindly check into this and resend the PAN card
