First Flight Couriers — things missing in the courier - consignment number - c[protected] (ref no [protected]) | |||||
Dear sir/madam, This is regarding the consignment number - c[protected] (Ref no – [protected]), sent by ra. Nagarajan from aundipatti (Tamilnadu) to vadodara (Gujarat) on nov 12, 2018 through st courier which has tie up with first flight couriers to deliver in vadodara. This courier was sent by my father ra. Nagarajan to me (Ganeshwari). I received it nov 15th night 9:20 pm. It came in a covered condition. I didn’t suspect anything that time, as i was unaware the list of things sent by my father. When i spoke with my father the next day, i came to know about the list of missing items. I’m really shocked to hear this. Someone has unpacked, taken out few items and repacked the box. When i came to know this missing issue, i contacted st courier chennai office and first flight courier too. We went in person to first flight courier office who delivered in vadodara. And there, they said airport persons might have suspect the box and opened it. (Note : please check the below listed items that were missing, will the airport person remove such items under suspect?). Its ridiculous. We went to first flight main office, where they confirmed us that they will look into the issue. But they never called us back. We tried contacting them again and they said they cannot do anything with this issue and we have to deal with st courier only. Even though st courier picks up the parcel and first flight courier delivers the parcel, both are responsible for delivering the parcel to the customer properly. First flight courier blames st courier and st courier blames first flight. And the sufferer here is the customer. I have sent mail to both st courier and first flight to found the root cause and the reimburse the amount, but i didn't get reply from both of them. You people have no concern even to reply to a customer. We paid rs.1050/- for this courier service. The missed items cost is rs.1080 which needs to be reimbursed after your proper investigation. St courier has to take corrective measures to stop such issues from your end. Why should the customer has to suffer for your problem? Try to find the peoples who does such illegal tasks and suspend them. Below are the missing items, Panangarkandu (1 kg) – rs.550 Karuppatti (1 kg) – rs.350 Kadalai mittai (1 packet) – rs.40 Coco mittai (2 packets) - rs.80 Halwa (1 packet) – rs.60 I would like proper response from your end asap.
