First Flight Couriers — wrong details about product delivery

Address:Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, 171004

I have send my product through this courier and they are providing me wrong information regarding the product delivery and dispatch. They are telling me that the courier is returned from the e commerce company but after contacting the company, ther is no such information is provided to me... Please solve my problem as soon as possible. This courier service just only take money from people and do not complete the task.

My Pan Card Was Supposed To Be Delivered By 05/05/2018.FirstFlight Sent Me A Message That My Pan Card Is Delivered On 05/05/2018, But Its 26/05/2018 Today And Its stil not delivered.

As i give proper address still they are unable to reach at my address dehradun .even there dehradun first flight contact number is switched .worst service first flight.
