First Flight — Didn't receive the product i ordered | |||||
I ordered envie rechargeable battery (2100mah 4nos) and charger (ecr 5) on shopclues on 5th oct 2015 4.23pm. I paid the money online through debit card. This website mentioned its status as shipped on 8th oct 2015 through firstflifht courier service but until as of now(6th dec 2015) i didnt received the package. I have called them numerous times but no response from shopclues and firstflight courier. But later they mentioned in their website as delivered but in firstflight status is showing in transit. So i request you to please help me with a solution.
