I complete 1st assignment. First Source Solution person told Application Fees Rs.1030 + Document charges Rs.34890 + GST charges Rs.30850 + Bank IMPS charges Rs.39700 + Western Union Money Transfer charges Rs.20140 all the charges they compel to make payment. They told all the charges are refundable to you along with your salary. After all the payment then only we release the payments. so I paid all the charges. After made all payment I send several email and phone call but there is no reply.

I am sending my payment proof proof & email copy for your reference.

I completed my 1st assignment & paid the all charges (Doucmention charges, gst charges, bank imps charges & western union money transfer charges) before 3rd april 2019. I send all the payment proof through mail. But till they did not release my salary, i send several mail but they did not reply till date. I am not having contact number of the office. I want to contact mr. Ragul rai sir, please provide the office contact number / cell number of the sir.

It’s bern 3months since i quit first source bangalore my employee is 1056056. I’ve been sending mails to the he team nobody is bothered to approve my pf and giving reasons which is not right. Please look into it and make necessary changes otherwise i’m taking legal action against first source which once i have already done. Even though if i’m sending mails they are replying blindly to the mails. Whoever is in the hr team are dead useless. They don’t do their work neither will they respond to any phone calls. Please look into it and take serious action against first source they are just putting all o[censored]s in trouble

Problem even i informed all this to my hr who's name is rakshith, he refused to give my salary and relieving letter, but for my colleague she was into outbound
Team she got resignation letter and salary also after paying 3000/- rupees to the hr
.., my process was nri my tl name is ashvini chandrashekar, my tl was doing more partiality with my regarding leave timings in everything, she is not at all fit for tl position, because of my tl only i did not got any thing, first hr was accepted to give, after discussion with my tl he refused

I premkumar worked for firstsource solution, ecospace sarjapur main road bangalore for more than 2 years, i resigned my job on feburary 6th 2018, and i have applied for my pf on september 23rd 2018 through online, now when i checked through online it is showing as claim settled by amount is not credited to my account please check and let me know the further process to receive my money.

I was in siliguri beekay plaza teen batti more prepaid department and my team leader name is abhishek, i got my release letter and thereafter i fill the pf form and from company end assurance that i got my pf amount in the last week of october but not i received any alert regarding my pf amount, so through this mail i just convey the message please look-after my pf matter.

The mail i was send you to know about all details of my pf account. Think is that most of mine friend they summated their form after me, but they got a positive response but till now i had not received a single response. I was supposed to get a call from your end at least how much time it will take more to respond me. Please its earnest request let me know the time or date about mine pf amount received. If you required i can give mine bank details what i had gave in that pf form.

I m going to write you this letter regarding mine pf amount is not yet credited, your pf form has been submitted to pf office on 08/4/2014 i think. Pf money will be credited to your account between 45 days to 2 months onwards.

According to this message i think 45 days as well as 2 months is being over but i am not get anykind of alert regarding mine pf. Please from mine end i can fulfill all the criteria and from your end you people are delay. Please asap transfer mine pf amount in mine account.

My name is sanjay singh, i joined first source company (Vodafone) 21st january 2008 and left it in the month of may 2008. I was in kolkata prepaid department and my team leader name is ratul sikdar, i got my release letter and thereafter i fill the pf form and from company end assurance that i got my pf amount in the last week of november but not i received any alert regarding my pf amount, so through this mail i just convey the message please look-after my pf matter.

The mail i was send you earlier and my ticket no, is –[protected]. Think is that most of mine friend they summated their form after me, but they got a positive response but till now i had not received a single response. I was supposed to get a call from your end at least how much time it will take more to respond me. Please its earnest request let me know the time or date about mine pe amount received. If you required i can give mine bank details what i had gave in that pf form.

I applied pf on september 23rd 2018 through online still not yet received my pf amount. When i checked through online it shows as claim settled but amount not credited to my account. I have visited to rr nagar pf office but they told my pf account doesn't come under their limits hence need to check other offices where i have no idea which office to visit. Im an employ of firstsource solutions mumbai interface 16 working in collections department.. And there is a very ridiculous behavior of a tenured agent in the cab. There were 3 men and one women. I asked him very kindly that can i plz sit i'm front as there were 3 male employees. That tenure agent replied very rudely. I had to sit behind with 2 of those male employs in that can.. And it was my 1st drop i told the cab driver again very rudely that same person said to cab driver that it will be a long route of he drops me first. Wow great behavior...
And also once i was siting in the front in cab and 3 male siting behind the security asked me to sit behind and i had to sit behind uncomfortably again.. Why such a kind of behavior with females.. You need to get this resolve
Please it's a request this is happening with me everyday now.. Everyday because of some or the other reason i have to sit with male employees very uncomfortablely. If this is the way you treat female employees please don't give us home drop we can take care of our selves..
Hope you find a resolution for this..

Respected seniors i joined the firstsource company on 25 june 2016 as a CSA and i resigned from the company on11 of august 2017 . I were on notice period of one month which was not completed due to some personal reasons .so the firstsource company is going to change with your company vertax . I applied for my Provident fund and for my full and final check to the first source company. I got my release letter and thereafter i fill the PF form but not i received any alert regarding my PF amount, so through this mail I just convey the message please look-after my PF matter.
According to this message i think 45 days as well as 2 months is being over but i am not get anykind of alert regarding mine PF.Please from mine end i can fulfill all the criteria and from your end you people are delay.Please ASAP transfer mine PF amount in mine account.

Hi my name is charandeep singh i m raising a complain regarding the traspotation service. The person who manages traspotation are so rude as if they are threatening n my entire family got shock n were awake because of one person. It's related to the pick up service provided by the company. Call came from the company and it was the first pick up though they didn't wait for 10minutes also and moved the cab. M forced to go to the office at night 1am without company cabs. My team leader on leave n whom should i approach. I have all the records but nobody is there to help me.

This is my first job in a bpo.

Executive summary of my response and incidences:

20th april 2018 hr, tl and manager informed me about changing customer marketing preference procedure. I explained and clarified the subject matter.

30th april 2018 session conducted for enquiry and i was served ‘show cause counseling sheet’.

30th april 2018 in the same session also served ‘suspension letter’ by mr. Rakesh nair, manager, human resources.

01st may 2018 i sent email to mr. Rohit, team leader informing about the session of 30th april 2018, regarding the show cause notice and suspension letter served to me in his absence in the session along with my clarifications and explanation on the relevant subject matter.

03rd may 2018 my reply to the ‘show cause counseling sheet’ by email.

03rd may 2018. My reply to the ‘suspension letter’ by email.

14th may 2018 letter received through email from mr. Mukesh chaudhury, (Designation and under what capacity reply was given has not been mentioned) to my email dated 03rd may 2018 which was addressed to mr. Rakesh nair, manager, human resources. (Member who was also present during the session and served suspension letter to me).

17th may 2018 emailed my reply to mr. Mukesh chaudhury’s letter received via email dated 14/05/2018.

25th may 2018 reminder for cancellation of suspension.

01st june 2018 termination letter by r. P. A. D. Post.

On going through the above it will be clear that there was no impeachable issue.

Hence no need for investigation and suspension thereon.

If the matter is really serious the operation and quality control personnel and all those monitoring are equally responsible and liable for action on negligence and should be suspended and terminated.

It is further clear from the above that i have been victimized and the investigation – suspension-termination is only a farce and a shift blame self-defense mechanism.

In view of the above i request you to check the same and cancel the invalid termination and reinstate me with due approbation.

I would never recommend first source to a anyone. Sanjiv goenka-you remove management people or get ready to become next nirav modi. I was fasting and you # people made me to wait for 9 hours.. Pay slip we use to receive our pf number was not mentioned on that so please be adviced how it will be possible to recover my pf number.
