Hi My pf has been submitted a long time back am yet to recieve my PF

MH/46430/2510 submitted in early feb 2011. Am tey to recieve the credit to my account.

Confirmed that they have sent the documents to the PF office in bandra and nothing is pending from there side.When ever i check Online about the Status of my claim.It says No Records Found Either Claim is not submitted or Claim is settled / returned before. Also I have tried so many times to make call on PF office but no response from there side. So tell me what should i do now...
Request you to kindly look into the matter & revert with the status.

yes firstsource is the only organisation who holds employee pf for the longer time, it is for atleast an year Muqeem.. Ex employee of First source

I have not recieved my PF amount even after 9 months of submission of the Application Form for the withdrawal of my PF amount. My PF number - MH/[protected]. I am really frustrated abou this. I have called multiple times to the PF office and nobody picks up the call....

I'm also facing the same issue here in Bangalore First Source, I applied for the EPF claim on Jan 2010, recently end of May, Someone from the genie Team calls up for Identity Proof. I Check in this website http://59.176.119.37/epfo_cs/homepage_claim_status_new.php, No Info about the EPF Form submitted. I applied the same in dell 2 months back, I already have received the confirmation about the EPF being Processed as Cheque/DD. Don't Know what to say.

DEAR SIR,

I, a former employee of your company had been there for more than 4 yrs and 9 mths.I resigned from my post on 18th May, 2010 and submitted PF form duly filled up in the mth of May 2011. Then nearly 4 mths later I called GENIE TEAM and NANDITA madam replied I should have waited for the same for nearly 6mths.After that by the end of Dec. 2011 I contacted GENIE TEAM again and someone told me the processing of PF document was undergoing. I should be waiting for some days and money would be credited to my bank a/c automatically. In the mean time on 31 st of JANUARY, 2012 I got a sms at 9.04 pm from JASMINA, mentioning " THE PF FORM HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO THE PF OFFICE ON 13 TH JANUARY, 2012. ONCE IT GOES TO THE PF OFFICE IT TAKES 2 TO 3 MTHS FROM THEN. REGARDS, JASMINA, FIRST SOURCE SOLUTIONS LTD" On 1st FEBRUARY, 2012 I again called GENIE TEAM and AMAR SUKLA gave me same reply that the processing of PF document was undergoing and you should be waiting.I was too much confused and astonished at that reply. Recently I went to my former office in Kolkata and after waiting for more than 5 hours someone named DEBOPAM told me that as PF form had been submitted they had nothing to do.I should have contacted The MUMBAI PF office.I again called to GENIE TEAM and they gave me some land line nos.(they are[protected]/0007) for calling PF office. I called accordingly but after a great effort only 2 times line got connected but no one presented the calls. I again called genie and someone told that I should be waiting for more than 2 mths.Now I am very much confused and don't know what to do.I don't know how much time it will take to get my money.It has nearly been 2 years since I resigned. No one can tell the present status of my PF a/c. So I am earnestly requesting you to take necessary steps to get my money as early as possible and thereby oblige for ever.
