My form was submitted to PF office 7month ago but yet I haven't receive the pf in my a/c.As after doing the regular followup with pf office. When we try to call the pf office number they will not attend the call’s.I want know is this way pf office works as per the rules it should take 1month of 45days to clear the pf from pf office after company formalities over.
but in this it took 7 1/2month for the processing part & yet there is know updation

Dear Sir/Mam,
My PF Number is :KN/24621/219. This was submitted for withdrawal by my office on the 18th of July 2009 and the same was rejected on the 9th of September. But I have still not received the rejected form and hence do not know the reason for rejection.

The same cannot be re-submitted without knowing the reason.

Request you to help me get the reason so that the corrected withdrawal form can be submitted to get the PF amount.

Dear Sir/Ma'am, I am Vinod.E.S, an ex-employee of First Source Solution Ltd.. I resigned my job on 10-Feb-2009 and worked for 15 months in the firm. My company have submitted all the required details BUT yet I

havent received my PF though it was submitted long back. If I call up the PF agent, he says that it is in process.

I am an ex-employee of First Source (Kolkata).My Emp I.D.was 214980.I had joined the organisation on 26-June,2007 & resigned on 30-June 2008.I had cleared all the formalities regarding P.F on November,2008.My P.F no is MH/46430/28248.Still now i didn't receive my P.F.They asked me to submit the Bank Statement & a Letter stating of not receiving the P.F,i did all the necessary things but still nothing fruitful.So please look into the matter & help me to receive my PROVIDENT FUND.

A/c No. is MH/46430/23278.Please refer to my letters dated 09.06.09 & 11.08.09 sent under Registered A/D post requesting you to arrange to refund my Provident Fund Balance.However I have not yet received the said refund though a long period of eight months has passed since my separation from my company FIRSTSOURCE SOLUTIONS LIMITED.Nor I have received any response on the matter from your end till date.

Hello,

I was working for Firstsource Solutions from June 5th 2007 - February 17th 2009. I had claimed to withdraw PF, i had submitted the details along with cancelled cheque on 25th February 2009. Provident Fund (Mumbai) received it on 16th May 2009, when I called Mumbai for status I was informed it will take 2 months from date they received PF details ie; 16th july 2009. Till now i have not received any credit, and when I call PF office, they tell it will take more time.

Please see to it and help me with the same.

Why is it taking so long?

My name is Sanjay Singh, I joined first source company (Vodafone) 21st January 2008 and left it in the month of May 2008.I was in kolkata prepaid department and my team leader name is Ratul Sikdar, i got my release letter and thereafter i fill the PF form and from company end assurance that i got my PF amount in the last week of November but not i received any alert regarding my PF amount, so through this mail I just convey the message please look-after my PF matter.

The mail I was send you earlier and my ticket no, is –[protected] .think is that most of mine friend they summated their form after me, but they got a positive response but till now I had not received a single response. I was supposed to get a call from your end at least how much time it will take more to respond me. Please its earnest request let me know the time or date about mine PE amount received. If you required I can give mine bank details what I had gave in that PF form.

THE ABOVE ONE IS THE FIRST MAIL

I m going to write you this letter regarding mine PF amount is not yet credited, i got a message on 23rd January 2009 after the above mail send (the message i got from this no.[protected]:Your PF form has been submitted to PF office on 23rd January.PF money will be credited to your account between 45 days to 2 months from 23rd January onwards.Regards, MEENA)

According to this message i think 45 days as well as 2 months is being over but i am not get anykind of alert regarding mine PF.Please from mine end i can fulfill all the criteria and from your end you people are delay.Please ASAP transfer mine PF amount in mine account.

Dear Sir,
I bought Santro GLS from Goyal Automobiles, Kapurthala Rd, Jalandhar on 20 Oct'08 by making full down payment of Rs.366808/- on my company's name i.e. Firstsource Solutions Ltd. I was not give any corporate discount. Car temp number PB08 0229.

I was promised for RC, Rust paint, two yrs additional warranty, insurance, music system, seat cover etc.

I has give Rs.1000/- cash for booking the car which was alreay standing in the showroom. I was told that receipt book is not available; so receipt woul be given to you later. till date I haven't got the same.

I asked for alloy wheels and paid Rs.7800/- for the same by cheque. However, when I was writing name of the company the sales manager told me don't worry I would write it for you. I gave him the cheque and didn't check what has he written. I came to know when I checked my bank transanctions that he wrote his own name on the cheque and withdrawn the money.

When I asked for the RC I was told that your payment is outstanding hence it is not done. I was asked to make Rs.4000/- by GM Mr. IP Sharma. I made the payment in Feb'09. I was told that now RC would be processed. Just to confirm I again called up and I was told that still full payment is not made by you hence RC is not being processed.

Now I have been asking for the balance of payment which is suppose to be made but till date they are not able to tell me the exact figure.

Sometime I am being told that Corporate discount was given which was not authorised and payment for alloys is still pending etc etc.

I have not been given invoice/bill till date.
Rs.366808 was paid in full as we new that we are not getting corporate discount.
Receipt for Rs.1000/- and Rs.7800 (paid by cheque) not received and they say people who took the money are no longer with the company/dealer.

I had paid the cash/cheque to the manager of the dealer; whom customer belives as they are holding very important position.

I have been calling on daily basis and still no proper response is being received.

Need your help to resolve this.

Hi,

I applied for PF in June 2008. But I have not received the refund yet. My application was rejected in September 08 i.e. after 3 months, but previous company Firstsource received & resubmitted it in Dec 08. I am still waiting for my refund.

My PF num is KN/24506/4112. Its suppose to be refunded from KR Puram office in Bangalore. Can somebody help here?

sir, my name is Amit kumar kamboj and i had worked from 08-Apr-2007 to 17-DEC-2007 at Hubli Branch for the same company and filled my PF form on 19-DEC-2007 and was told that in 6 months time i will receive my PF but till today the form is not yet been submitted in PF office Bandra Branch but when i confirmed this from my HR at Hubli was told that it has been submitted in month of May.when i told i had confirmed from PF office they told that they will check and now they are saying they are still checking and i have not received any information yet.My PF no is MH[protected]. i[censored] would be able to help me i would be much obliged.
