FirstSource Solutions — i'm complaining about my f&f amt not received nor anyreply from [protected]@firstsource.com mail

Date of leaving is 30th december 2019.
I was asked to contact genie team 45 days for f & f but as i am out of station, i had been repeatedly requesting genie team to transfer to my bank account. I sent many emails but they did not bothered to reply. I was given contact number of genie, which i kept trying for many days. It just kept ringing without any response. Finally i got connected & tht guy asked me mail my bank details to [protected]@firstsource.com which i immediately did but till date i never got any receipt acknowlegement. Again i called tht number & same guy assured me tht within 10 days amt will be transferred to my account. I reconfirmed with him and cancelled my flight ticket. It was loss for me as they charged me cacellation charges also lost ticket amt as no refund was made. Till now no amt transferred nor any email acknowledgemet so that we are aware of status. I doubt if [protected]@firstsource.com email is is fake or real.
