FirstSource Solutions — pf amount not credited to account

Hi sir/madam

I applied pf on september 23rd 2018 through online still not yet received my pf amount. When i checked through online it shows as claim settled but amount not credited to my account. I have visited to rr nagar pf office but they told my pf account doesn't come under their limits hence need to check other offices where i have no idea which office to visit. Please check and help me to get my money. Pf member id mhban[protected]
