2nd november 2007 and relieved on 21st march 2009 - emp id : 249632
Again i joined firstsource from 25th september 2014 and relieved on 18th march 2015 - emp id : 693486.

Had filled the form as well after the exit from the organisation however still there is no info on the same. Request you to please help me with the issue. It will be a great help in this covid situation.
