Fithoor.com — Duplicate mobile phone and card

I have ordered samsung mobile guru mobile with 16gb sd card combo for Rs899 from fithoor.com, but the mobile they delivery was made in China and memory card not working at all, as I am contacting it's customer care the number is not connecting and I have also dropped the mail to the company's I'd Ie [protected]@fithoor.com but not got any reply from them.
