Details of Complaint- I order "Combo of Samsung Guru GT E1200 Mobile & 16 GB Memory Card" Order Id: OID27988 from www.fithoor.com on Order Date: Sat Apr 23 2016 11:19:16 GMT+0000 (UTC). I select payment method COD. I got delivery on 29 Apr 2016. But they deliever me wrong product. "M-power" insted of "Samsung Guru GT E1200". But they send me duplicate Mobile Phone and Power With Memory Card And Currupted memory card. I payed Rs 950 for this. I want my money back or actual product. Now I try to call them At -[protected] mobile no. provided in their website but no contact had been made with them.

I have purchased the combo of transcend 32 gb memory card class 10 with kingston data traveler g3 32 gb usb pen drive from fithoor.Com on 23 april 2016 11:06:49, both of them u sent were currept and duplicate item as confirmed by service centres respectively. I am feeling thuged by fithoor .Com i want my money back, also i am sending this issue to consumer forum, all details are attached

I purchased card 32 gb sdhc transcend card came out to be currepted. Kindly replace the card. I enquired transcends about status they told memory card you purchased was fake/duplicate. And they were not able to repalce the same.

I Orderd Combo pack of Samsung 16 GB SD Memory Card and Samsung HM 1000 Blutooth Headset Device on 23rd April 2016 from Fithoor.com in 549/- Rs. ( Total Product Amont 499/- Rs. + Shipping Charges 50/- Rs.) But When I Got My Order Product The Blutooth was Not Working Properly and Memory Card was Currepted. and Company Provided me 32 GB Memory Card. when I checked Return Site. I Sent a Mail. Many Times I Called on Given Contact no. But They Didnt Gave any Response. Please I Request You To return My Money Back.

मैंने एक ऑफर देखते हुवे इसी साइट से सैमसंग गुरु मोबाइल खरीद था जिसमे 16 जब मेमोरी कार्ड फ्री थी लेकिन मुझे सैमसंग का मोबाइल न मिल के चीन मोबाइल भेजा गया है जिसमे सैमसंग की बॉडी में चाइना मोबाइल है और उसके साथ जो मेमोरी कार्ड आया है वह भी रीड नही कर रहा ख़राब है मुझे इसकी रकम हर्जाने के साथ चाहिए अन्यथा मई कंज्यूमर फोरम में कम्प्लेन क्र दूंगा

I bought samsung basic mobile phone with 16 gb memory card with worth approximately rs 900. I paid amount and collect phone. But it not working properly. It was duplicate phone. Memory card also not working. It is not stored any data and not opened. Finally i found that these two item were duplicate if you use memory it was corrupted our data in phone. Fithoor.com is fault site. Please take action against them. At least one day not working. Duplicate accessories in phone

I had booked a Samsung Guru mobile on 07.06.2016, Today i received the my order but when i opened the parcel. I did not found the battery in parcel

I have already posted 1 complaint regarding fake product deliverd,
At present, again they proved as cheating company, because today i received the call from fithoor.com from cell no-[protected],
They told me as, they refund the amount (Rs.398).
But they asking about my debit card number, cvv number, expiry date etc,
I replied as i am not able to tell, you refund the amount to neft or cheque. After i told like that they disconnect the call.

I request you to take severe action against that cheating company...

Myself kumar adarsh raj. I have ordered a boooing of a samsung mobile with 16 gb memory card. I have also got these item, but sorry to say your 16 gb memory card have not working in the beginning.
So, i have request to you.. Kindly exchange this memory card and give me new and well memory card. I hope you will solve my problem.

Hi,
I have ordered nike shoes order no : oid11335 in this webiste on april 21st.
Received duplicate nike shoes (Road side shoes)

Called several times to customer care +[protected] but they didn't answer calls for requesting return product and return money

Today they switched off customer care no & website also not opening... They cheating customer like this.. Please take action immediately.

I booked combo offer for samsung mobile & memory card, actually delivered chinese mobile.

It is not as per order shown in advt and not satisfactory. I want back my money as well returning shipping charges i have to pay for faulty material.
