Fitness World — I have ordered 30kg gym combo and flat bench on 07JAN2022 I didn't receive it till now and nobody is responding

I have purchased a gym combo of 30kg and a flat bench on 07JAN2022.
Order ID is 27032. After multiple mails and phone calls they sent me an email saying that your pin code is non serviceable on 19JAN2022. Some lady called me and asked me for alternate pic code and I have given the alternate pin code which is 533101 which she has accepted to ship the items. After that no communication from the Fitness world even I am continuously sending emails and trying to call them. Nobody is concerned about customer money.
