I did recharge for 199 (Rs 99 talktime and 1 gb data and 99 local & std sms. (Data & sms validity 30days) but after recharge 60mins free call to france got activated.
I did not recharge for this 60mins france call.
Please refund amount or atleast refund the amount in my mobile account as talktime or net pack.

Recharge Unsuccessful but no refund
I made a recharge of Rs.198 on my airtel through Zatse's website http://rechargeonlinenow.com/. They never recharged my mobile but charged me the money. The company has switched off the helpline number and many people have suffered because of this. The company is a scam.

Executive Mr. Manish Malik from ZatSe (A Hero Group Company with name Majestic IT Services Ltd.) approached me to grow my business through leads provided by them as Just Dial / Sulekha etc. I opted their minimum price plan for my Company Zenith Referigeration and paid them vide Credit Card Rs. 15169/- and they handed me their Receipt.
But I am very sorry to say that inspite of regular intimation to them.I have not received even a single lead from them which before they assure that minimum 3-4 leads will be provided daily. I came to know about other persons also who are being frauded by this company.
many times i tried to contact with Manish Malik but he never give any satisfied answer but last time has was talking very rudly and abusing me.
Please help me ASAP. I have full faith on our constitution and law.

Before some time ago his sales man called me for business contract and asked to give us 12k INR for contract and will provide you details of the person who is looking for home appliances service same I have given to him 12k money. But from last one month I have not got one single genuine call from Zatse. So please any one call help me to get my money back. Because I am a mechanic and 12k is big money for me and zatse had cheated with me
I used zatse support on 7th May 2014to recharge my reliance data card. But by mistake top up not done. Still they have not refund my money 350 rupees. How indian government allow this kind of companies in customer support jobs. i feel zatse is a Big Cheating company in India.

worst service with fraud salesperson
The sales person from zatse commited me wrong services.They took from me Rs 8000 for getting my company listed in zat se.They commited me also gave in written on application form that they will list my company for two zones but have listed in only one.when I enquired from them about the same,there aservice manager told that their sales person have misguided me.The sales person does not respond to my call.They also commited me for quality leads and atleast 20 leads per month but in two months time I have received it only 6 leads and that too all fraud leads.There customer helpline and service desk is only forwarding my complaints but I don't receive any feedback call from service department after so many follow up.They have completely cheated me.So I think I should move legally now.
