Flaberry.com — did not deliver product and now not refunding money

I have ordered from https://www.flaberry.com/ order #[protected] | sunday, february 9, 2020 3:40 pm. Payment has been deducted but product not delivered and now when im asking for refund they dont respond, but just send automated emails for complaint receipt. Status shows that amount refunded to flaberry case but i want the money back to my bank account from where i paid and not in their website account.

Updated by abhimaa3 there is no resolution. they are just making me wait and not refunding the money. they should be banned. they are scammers.
