They are total fraud, delivering by contacting local dealers and charging huge amount, I had orders flowers for my mother one week earlier and then they said it’s not available and said refund initiated (without my knowledge) and then after trying to contact for 2 hrs they responded and agreed to deliver a cake and ordered same by contacting a local kekiz without knowing it being owned by my cousin. They charged Rs. 1918 including 300 for delivery for a distance of 400 mtr delivery address . It’s total fraud and playing with consumers feelings and emotions

We have already contacted & confirmed that Flowers was not available & we are refunding the same. Post your confirmation we process the orders again for cake delivery. We have already mentioned the cake price on the website & there was no hidden cost was applied to your order.
However, we will be refunding the difference amount in the next 48 hours post checking the quality.
