I had placed an order for a bouquet of chocolates on the 1st of January, 2017 which has not been delivered till date through the website called flaberry the domain name is (http://www.flaberry.com/) with the order number[protected]. The order was expected to be delivered between 12-4 on the 1st but it was not at all delivered and hasn't been delivered till date. I am not surprised with this incident because the customer service is very poor and I am aware of that now. All I need is the refund of the amount paid. The total value of the order was 1349 and I would be very pleased if you can help me in this matter as I am not getting proper response from the customer care team.I spoke to the customer care people and they refused to refund the money and did not even deliver the bouquet.
