I had placed an order from flabery.com - order no :[protected] for orchid flowers and a cake to be delivered for 18th february 2019 and they were not able to deliver... So they asked a confirmation to deliver to the next day 19th february. I asked for refund and it's been five days since then... No reply to chats or mail, can't call them either. I have attached mail that i have sent to them in regard to this
