Respected sir
I have ordered a flower bouqey on[protected] with order id [protected] to be delivered at 513499 on[protected] by 11 am. Before placing the order i confirmed the accuracy of delivery by[protected] since it is very important for me, i was assured delivery by your support team hemant. So i placed order, but when i enquired abt the order on[protected] at 09:10 am, i was told by megha that order has been shipped and it will be delivered by 11 am for sure. But at 11 : 30 am when i asked megha she said she contacted her team and told that they are on the way. But at 13:00 i contacted megha again for the delivery of my order, she redirected me to hemanth. He said order will be delivered by 14:00hrs. But at 17:00pm when i enquired he said merchant is not lifting the call.
This is very bad experience for me as i have a very memorable event and flowers are supposed to reach them. This is not expected from a website like you.
I have payed rs 3249 for this order. This is mere waste of time, money and energy for me. My mental agony should be compensated. I have been following up continusly since 09:00 am ti 17:30 hours with your team. All i received was vague answers.
