I ordered on 14th feb and product (Gift) was to be delivered on the same date but they did not deliver. After so many mails they replied so late and apologised but stopped responding when asked for refund. To add to the misery they asked the recepient of the gift to come and pick up the gift as they could not deliver to the place. Now they dont respond.
