Flaberry.com — order is not delivered

I have placed an order, # [protected]. For my anniversary.

But it is not delivered, and while contacting the customer service, they refused to cancel the order or initiating the refund, simply by saying we are still working on it, and will be delivered shortly.

Also they way they respond to the customers is highly unprofessional.

Disappointed..!! I need my money back..
