I have placed an order on 14th feb 2020 which was placed successfully and the payment of rupees 1, 303 was deducted at the same time. The order was never delivered and the order status was pending due to payment gateway has not confirmed the same.
I tried to connect with them for the order stats with no success. Their contact number is not working and they haven't replied on chat as well.
After 5-7 days, they have replied on chat and mentioned that the refund has been initiated and will be sent to the original source of the payment.
Later on, i have received a reply from them on the email which i have raised to their customer portal. They mentioned that they will refund the amount in the flaberry wallet only. I tried to connect with them again as i requested the refund in my original source of the payment but not receiving any update from them.
I also connected with their payment partner "rozarpay" however, they have mentioned that they cannot do anything as the payment was successful from their end.
Their executive mentioned that they are not able to resolve this issue and i need to connect with my bank for the dispute.
