I ordered yesterday flowers n chocolate of rs 798... I had to even pay valentine surge fee... I made delivery request for 14 feb till 9pm... I contacted customer care no response was given they don't reply... We can't call them... My order was not delivered... I want my refund kindly look into this matter... Plz refund my money... I m highly disappointed...

I placed the order for yesterday date for cake and bouquet and still the order is not delivered. I am trying get in touch with customer call center but again no updates till yet.

I am continuously following up with them but no one is responding.even for refund no one is calling me.

Such a disgusting application and irresponsible team
