I ordered flower on 14th feb'18 for same day delivery for jamalpur bihar. It was not delivered and hence i canceled the order and asked the team to refund the amount in my bank account. When i am tracking the order it says refunded but i don't know where amount been credited. There is no customer care representative whom we can talk. After writing multiple mails also we are not getting the response. I want my money back - its rs. 2400+
