On 25/12/2017, i placed an order (Flowers & chocolates) to be delivered at balachaur, nawanshahar-punjab (144521).

Payment mode : net banking
Amouunt paid : rs.699/-
I got confirmation mail regarding my order at 04:07 pm on the same day.
But after waiting till 06:30 pm, i enquired about my order and submit an enquiry on the website of flaberry.in response to which i got a call from customer support in which i was informed that we can't deliver flowers at the requested place and instead of flowers, we can deliver 1/2 kg black forest cake with an additional delivery charge of rs.250. I asked him to cancel my order and initiate the refund. Executive told me that the refund would be credited in the flaberry wallet and you can use the same for next purchases. I refused and asked to credit the amount in my account only. Then, he said the refund has been initiated and you will be contacted by refund team within 48-72 hours.
After waiting for more than 4 days, on 29/12/2017, i contacted customer support so as to know the status of my refund. After which, i got email from customer support asking for some more time.
On 02/01/2018, i requested to refund the amount and also informed that if it didn't happened i will file a complaint regarding the whole issue.
But i didn't get any refund in my account till date and no further correspondence from flaberry.
