[Resolved] Flaberry.com — delivery faked by the company

Ordered 10 pink gerberas in tissue wrap for rs 399 and paid rs 150 for fixed time delivery. My order number is[protected]. The item was never delivered. There was never an attempt by anyone for a delivery. This was a completely a hoax. There is no customer service support. Written to them several times but no response. Jan 11, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved I reached out to their online chat and explained the problem, i was assured the problem will be solved. At the end of the i reached out again asking for updaten. Then i was told the item was not delivered yesterday as the delivery person met with an accident. So i asked for a delivery told which finally happened after 2 hours. Atleast they agreed that the delivery was not made yesterday... My ontime delivery charge of 150 rs is wasted. Flaberry.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
