Flaberry.com — Order cancelled on the day of delivery and my money is not refunded

Hi all,

I ordered a valentine present from flaberry.com, the delivery was to a town called Bodinayakannur in Tamilnadu. They took the order and also received the payment and when i dint receive the delivery i dropped email to customer support and i have been told that the location is remote and we cant deliver it.

I have even requested for next day delivery date just incase if this issue is due to valentine rush. Now they have cancelled my order online and have not not even talked abt the refund . I also dont see any store credits reflect in my account in their site. Their customer service phone is not at all attended by anyone..

Never had such a bad experience before
