Flaberry.com — order not delivered at the promised time

I ordered simply red - deluxe bouquet on 7th feb from flaberry with my order id: #[protected]

Total: inr 599

I tried to contact their team lot of time but couldn’t get through the call. Raised tickets using their help section also but nothing worked. Instead they changed the status to : delivery attempted.

Which never happened.

I seek help and support in terms of order delivery or my full money refund.
