I placed an order on 23rd nov for a bouquet to be delivered on 25th nov on my friend’s wedding. However, the site kept on showing errors and the date mistakenly got changed. I tried to call the customer support to change the date or cancel the order but the voice recording said they’d send an sms with a link. Every time i opened the link and filled in all the details, it showed an error and i could not submit the form. I just want to cancel the order now and i want a refund. There is no proper platform to address customer issues. I’m never ordering from flaberry anymore.
