Flaberry.com — unsuccesful order and non refund of money

I have placed an order on 12th feb 2015 through the website called flaberry the domain name is (http://www.flaberry.com/) with the order number [protected] .during my payment finnally error message has come and my money debited frm my account . i didnt get any proper response frm the seller as it is very miserable and paining to me because i ordered fr my girl friend . she didnt received the order and the money also not refunded .The total value of the order was 1099 and I would be very pleased if you can help me in this matter as I am not getting proper response from the customer care team.
