Flashstar Commerce — not received product and status showing delivered

I am really shocked and surprise to see your 3rd class delivery system. I have booked my product redmi 6 (Black, 32 gb) on 5 th nov with promissed delivery date 8 th nov but till today i haven’t receive the delivery.
When i check order status at 8th nov 2018, status showing phone has been delivered but i did not received any phone.

Nobody called me for confirmation that you received phone or not.

I called multiple time to customer care for asking status about my phone but customer care executive and floor manager (Ashfak & lovepreet) don’t have any update about my order.

They are saying our concern team is working on that. When i ask who your concern team is and name also they don’t know.

Cc team and floor manager said that our concern team will contact you but nobody called my from 8th no 2018 to till now.

I am very very disappointment from you and

So please provide the current status about my order that when can i receive my order.
