I bought a product redmi note 7 pro but it was a defective product i create return request two times but there is a technician visit i showed him the problem but the technician was unable to resolve the problem i went to mi service centre they showed me the fault also they gave me the job sheet which is the evidence that the product delivered to me is not working properly. If now my request not solve by yours I will take legal action towards the company.

The tv had to be delivered in the 23 but still not delivered to me they ssay that its due to traffic but the selle is a fraud please refrain from ordering from this seller he is a scamster im not the only one facing this problem there are many more like me

I have ordered Infinix Zero 30 from Flipkart which has not been delivered till now on the given date. I have ordered this phone before also which was green in colour. It was a Vegan leather mobile. 12gb ram 256 gb storage but the given date was removed and they set a new date bhut on the next day they cancelled my order. So I again ordered this phone which was golden hour glass back but the given date is 23rd of October 2023 but till not delivered. I mean are they feeling with our emotions and feelings because everyone in my home was waiting for this mobile but they are not delivering if they donot have sufficient stock to sell this product then why do the they give stocks in Flipkart. And after ordering that donot give us our order. What is this?? This ediot, hopeless, mad seller doesnot have any emotions or what . I have to that you all will take steps against this hopeless flashstar commerce seller.

I have ordered a mobile in which the power on/off port was not working. At the time of open delivery, it seems good but by the evening it's port seems lose and then it startin shut down whenever I press the button. Then I register the compain and they said that they will resolve the complain within 5 working days but at the 5th day they said that we can't solve it and you have to go to service centre... It's genuine and don't buy product from this area...

This is regarding my order in Flipkart for Compaq HUEQ W32S 80 cm (32 inch) and the seller is Flashstar Commerce. They delivered 2021 manufactured model instead of 2023 model that was clearly selected and ordered in flipkart.
When I raised the request to replace in Flipkart, the option to select for replacement are defective categories only and no option for wrong model in the Flipkart. I have raised 4 complaints in last 10 days since item delivery and everytime the Jeeves company person visit and reject the replacement request.
Both flipkart customer care and Jeeves Tech support company are playing with customers and misguiding.
Really need help to blacklist such companies cheating the customers.

They have not shipped my Sony bravia tv. I ordered from flipkart on 8th October still not shipped. Expected delivery was on 11 October 2023.

This with regards to my order for Samsung S21 Fe 5G from Flashstar commerce in Flipkart, which is having screen scratches which weren't visible during delivery (So called Flipkart Open box delivery) as it was delivered on 7th October night 8:12PM.
Reached out to Flipkart for return/replacement but it was rejected by them saying "Seller is not ready to proceed further for the return".

Went to Samsung Opera house Service centre @MG road Bengaluru, Service person inspected phone & told that product might have been opened before delivery & repacked.

Need help in getting this phone returned or replaced.

I have ordered a Sony Bravia TV through Flipkart on dated 08.10.2023 and the delivery date was 09.10.2023. But It is still not dispatched yet.

The company is not giving GST bill for consumer and the company business is more in filpkart platform but also they cannot give gst bill for consumer and they not fill gst

I ve recently ordered highlander white sneaker from MYNTRA which is sold by FLASHSTAR COMMERCE after reciving product i see it has some quality issue so i return the product but the return was rejected with stating that the item dosent passed quality check so item will be reshipped to you, after few days i got messsge that the product us reshipped to me but i did not received my product so i called myntra support its if no use.
I want my reshipped product please help me out.

Recently i have ordered highlander white sneakers from MYNTRAwhich was sold by FLASHSTAR COMMERCE, but quality was not up to my expectation so i tried to return the product then the delivery agent picked my shoes.
But after next day they said that the return didnt meet their criteria so return was cancelled and product will be reshipoed to me, but after few days i git message like product reshipped but i did not got the product so i tried calling myntra support but its no use they raising issue after three days they are closing ticket without solving issue.

Recently I ordered poco X4 pro 5g from Flipkart, which was sold by flashstar commerce, the phone which was delivered had edge bleeding issue, when we keep any Balck background wallpaper or any content which contains Balck, we can clearly see a grey tone top and bottom of the display.
I reported this issue to Flipkart, they delayed it by 5days and said that they cannot provide replacement, the technician who came to see the issue also didn't had any knowledge, he was saying lcd and amoled display both are same.
Flipkart is saying to visit brand, but they said they can only replace things which are bought from mi store or mi.com

So finally I came to seller for a response.
Please provide me with a replacement or preferably a refund.

we have ordered a mobile phone ( REDMI 10 (Midnight Black, 64 GB) (4 GB RAM) to flipkart on 13 Dec'22 (against order id-OD[protected], but when we received a box from delivery boy 15 dec'22 found that it was not ordered product another mobile which was badly damaged and charging cable was missing, only one adaptor ( new ) in the box only .

for such a reputed brand don't expect such blunders..
When I complained about this in flipkart 15 days replacement was rejected from there no help from their.

This seller seems to be a fake one. Don't prefer buying from this seller. I recieved the phone in a tampered condition and the charger has also been damaged. The Flipkart people are supporting him and not ready to resolve the issue. Also the phone is not a new one. There are almost three barcode stickers one on the other which means this phone has been replaced previously. Also the open box has been managed using plasters.

*Never trust this seller.

The seller is ready to compensate for damaged charger but not for replacement which proves that they already know that this product is damaged inside and trying to make the customer face the loss

Please do not order from Flashstar via Flipkart.

The seller keeps on delaying order so that you cancel and then pay higher price.

when i have put return request to myntra they have failed quality check due to price tag missing,

i have returend shirt with all price tags and myntra had reshipped shirt back to my address which i have received without price tags..

pls dont purchase anything from this seller
