This with regards to my order for Samsung S21 Fe 5G from Flashstar commerce in Flipkart, which is having screen scratches which weren't visible during delivery (So called Flipkart Open box delivery) as it was delivered on 7th October night 8:12PM.
Reached out to Flipkart for return/replacement but it was rejected by them saying "Seller is not ready to proceed further for the return".
Went to Samsung Opera house Service centre @MG road Bengaluru, Service person inspected phone & told that product might have been opened before delivery & repacked.
Need help in getting this phone returned or replaced.
