Flashstar Commerce — Received Fake Shirt in used condition

I have ordererd Highlander shirt on[protected] via myntra and received used shirt,
my Myntra Order ID # 1218769 [protected]
when i have put return request to myntra they have failed quality check due to price tag missing,

i have returend shirt with all price tags and myntra had reshipped shirt back to my address which i have received without price tags..

pls dont purchase anything from this seller
